1. Agreement

By downloading or using ShieldVault ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Payment is processed through Stripe at confirmation of purchase. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from the ShieldVault dashboard or via the billing portal link sent with your purchase confirmation. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will catch every sensitive message or prevent every regrettable send. Use your own judgment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
